Our business scope has been continuously expanded to metal wall panels, blanking plates, power cabinets, new energy vehicle charging piles, battery boxes, battery racks, battery swap station containers, energy storage and photovoltaic frames and cabinets, crane equipment, high & low voltage switchgear, rail transit equipment, wind power generation equipment, environmental ventilation equipment, intelligent waste sorting and recycling equipment, industrial washing equipment, injection molding machinery, and the assembly and installation of complete electrical equipment.

Factory Scale & Team
Our Jiaxing plant covers a land area of 30 mu (approximately 20,000 square meters), including two standard factory buildings with a ground area of 12,000 ㎡ and a total construction area of around 14,000 ㎡. The Shanghai plant occupies a land area of 8,000 square meters.
Founded in 1995, the company now employs over 130 staff across the two factories, including around 12 professional technical personnel (2 electrical engineers included).
Production Equipment
We are equipped with a full set of processing machinery:
5 laser cutting machines with power ranging up to 12,000 KW, 1 pipe laser cutting machine, multiple Amada & Yawei CNC turret punch presses, leveling machines, wire drawing machines, several fully automatic high-precision Amada & Yawei bending machines, Yawei FBE-2520 CNC bending center, heavy-duty welding machines from Panasonic (Japan) and OTC, automatic spot welders, automatic stud welders, automatic grinding machines, CNC gantry machining centers, plus auxiliary equipment such as automatic lathes, grinders and milling machines.
Our core competitive manufacturing facilities include:
Immersion pre-treatment pickling & cleaning tanks, spray-type silane pre-treatment production lines, pre-treatment sandblasting booths, a fully automatic spray coating & powder coating line with a total length of 250 meters, painting production lines, manual large-workpiece coating booths and ovens (maximum workpiece dimension: 7m × 4m × 2.5m), as well as 3D dispensing machines.
